Transpek Finance announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 10 August 2015, inter alia, has approved following appointments:

1. Deepak Raval as Director, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer
2. Pankaj Parikh as Director
3. Gaurang Sanghavi, as Director (Independent)

The Board has accepted resignations of following Directors:

1. Mukesh D. Patel, Chairman, Managing Director & Compliance Officer
2. Dushyant D. Patel, Whole-time Director & CFO
3. Upendra C. Patel, Director (Independent)
4. Yashwant Patel, Director (Independent)
