Board of Sahyadri Industries approves change in company secretary & compliance officer

At meeting held on 10 August 2015

Sahyadri Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 10 August 2015, inter alia, has:

1. Board of Directors took note of resignation of Jaiwant Rege as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 07 August 2015.

2. Board of Directors appointed Rohan Nirgudkar as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 10 August 2015.
