At meeting held on 12 February 2015

Viksit Engineering announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 February 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following:

1. there is a change in the directorship of the Company due to the Resignation of Davesh Khandelwal from the post of Managing Director of the Company.

2. there is a change in the directorship of the Company due to the appointment of Raghunandan Khandelwal as Managing Director of the Company.
