Vishal Fabrics announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 17 August 2015, inter alia, has considered and approved the following businesses:1. In-principality approved the raising of funds not exceeding Rs. 70 crore either by preferential allotment (Promoter and / or Non - Promoter) or Rights Issue or through any other modes, in consensus with the Securities laws and other necessary law;
2. Take note of the resignation letter by Nitika Chiripal as a Director of the Company w.e.f. 17 August 2015 due to personal reasons.
