Board of XPRO India decides to sell premises in Kolkata

At meeting held on 07 September 2017

XPRO India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 07 September 2017 have decided to sell premises at 3/2, Raja Santosh Road, Kolkata, admeasuring about 1 Bigha alongwith building situated thereon, on as is where is basis at best negotiated price. The proceeds would be used for the Company's business.
