Board of Yes Bank appoints director

Yes Bank announced that the Board of Directors of the Bank at its meeting held on 29 January 2016 have approved the appointment of Ajai Kumar as Additional Non-Executive Non Independent Director of the Bank with effect from 29 January 2016.
