Board of York Exports appoints director

At meeting held on 16 March 2015

York Exports announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 16 March 2015 approve the Appointment and Remuneration of Jyoti Dhawan as whole time director of the Company pursuant to the provisions of Section 196(3) of the Companies Act, 2013.
