Appointment of Rachna Bhasin, Practicing Company Secretary as a Secretarial Auditor of the company for the financial year 2014-2015.
2. Shifting of registered office from 314, R. G. Mall, Sector-9, Rohini, Delhi-110 085 to 101, First Floor, Near Barodia Tower, D Block, Central Market, Prashant Vihar, Rohini, Delhi-110 085.
3. Appointment of Bhavya Pandey as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company pursuant to clause 47 (a) of the listing agreement and acceptance of Resignation of Vikram Yadav from the post of Company Secretary of the Company.
4. Acceptance of Resignation of Yogesh Bansal from the directorship of the Company.
