Board of Zydus Wellness recommends final dividend

Zydus Wellness announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 May 2015, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 6 per equity Share (i.e. 60%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
