Bodal Chemicals standalone net profit rises 146.08% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales decline 12.90% to Rs 203.82 crore

Net profit of Bodal Chemicals rose 146.08% to Rs 22.59 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 9.18 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales declined 12.90% to Rs 203.82 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 234.02 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit declined 5.89% to Rs 86.60 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 92.02 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales declined 13.41% to Rs 896.85 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 1035.80 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
