Brijlaxmi Leasing & Finance fixes record date for consolidation of share capital

Brijlaxmi Leasing & Finance has fixed 17 November 2018 as the Record Date for the purpose of Consolidation of the entire Authorized, Issued, Subscribed and Paid-up share capital of the Company by increasing the nominal value of the equity shares from Rs. 1/- (Rupee One only) each to Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each.
