Bronze Infra-Tech announces change in directorate

Bronze Infra-Tech announced that following changes have been taken place in the Board of the Directors of the Company :

1. Neha Mehrotra has been appointed as Additional Director of the Company w.e.f. 31 March 2015.

2. Sudha Sharma has resigned from the directorship of the company w.e.f. 19 March 2015.
