Record date is 18 March 2016; Dividend payment date is 23 March 2016

Cadila Healthcare has fixed 18 March 2016 as the Record Date for the purpose of Payment of Interim Dividend.

Further, the interim dividend shall be paid to the members entitled thereto, on and from 23 March 2016.
