Canara Bank announced that an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company will be held on 1 March 2018, to to approve raising of capital of upto Rs.1000 crore (including premium) in addition to Rs.3500 Crore (including premium) approved by the Shareholders of the Bank, thus aggregating in all upto Rs.4,500 crore from investors other than Government of India.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
