Capital First to acquire 14.24% stake in Digikredit

Capital First announced that as part of the Strategic Investment, the Company has entered into an Share Subscription Agreement and Shareholders Agreement on 18 June 2018 (hereinafter referred to as 'Investment Agreement'), with Digikredit Finance ('Digikredit') alongwith Promoter of Digikredit, to acquire 402,455 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each comprising approximately 14.24% of the Share Capital of Digikredit.
