Capital First to acquire 7.03% stake in Village Financial Services

Capital First has entered into an share purchase agreement on 02 July 2018 with Village Financial Services along with its Promoters, to acquire 31,25,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 38/- each, comprising approximately 7.03% of the Share Capital of Village Financial Services.
