Coal India announces provisional production and offtake figures

For month of March 2018

Coal India announced the provisional production and offtake of the Company and its subsidiaries for the month of March 2018 and for April 2017 - March 2018.

The Company achieved 105% of the targeted coal production at 72.28 million tonnes in March 2018. For the period April 2017 - March 2018, actual coal production was 95% of the targeted at 567.37 million tonnes.

Actual offtake was 95% of the targeted at 55.19 million tonnes in March 2018. For the period April 2017 - March 2018, actual offtake was 97% of the targeted at 580.28 million tonnes.
