Colgate-Palmolive (India) appoints director

With effect from 19 May 2015

Colgate-Palmolive (India) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on 19 May 2015, has appointed Shyamala Gopinath as an Additional Director (Non-Executive and Independent) of the Company with immediate effect i.e. from 19 May 2015. A copy of the Company release on her appointment is enclosed.
