Pursuant to the letter dated 03 September 2019, the Coromandel Engineering Co. Allotment Committee, in the meeting held on 24 October 2019 have announced the allotment of 9,35,630 - 7% Cum. Non-Participating Redeemable Preference Shares of the face value of Rs 100/- each on private placement basis aggregating to Rs 9.35 crores in Tranche-II.
