Coromandel International fixes record date for scheme of amalgamation

Record date is 19 January 2015

Coromandel International announced that the Board of Directors of the Company have considered and approved 19 January 2015 as record date for allotment of shares of the Company to the shareholders of Sabero Organics Gujarat pursuant to the Scheme of Amalgamation approved by the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and for the State of Andhra Pradesh and Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad.
