Coromandel International forms JV for manufacture of farm equipment

Along with Yanmar & Mitsui

Coromandel International has entered into a joint venture alliance with the agri-machinery manufacturer, Yanmar & Co of Japan, for manufacturing and marketing of rice transplanters and combine harvesters. The JV Company will include three partners - Coromandel (40%), Yanmar (40%) and Mitsui (20%).
