CRISIL gained 3.59% to Rs 2,230 at 13:14 IST on BSE after a bulk deal was executed on the counter on BSE today, 23 September 2014.
A bulk deal of 3.20 lakh shares was executed on the CRISIL scrip at Rs 2,160 per share at 09:27 IST on BSE today, 23 September 2014.
Meanwhile, the S&P BSE Sensex was down 117.24 points or 0.43% at 27,089.50
Bulk deal boosted volume on the CRISIL scrip. On BSE, so far 3.30 lakh shares were traded in the counter as against average daily volume of 10,766 shares in the past one quarter.
The stock hit a high of Rs 2,258 so far during the day, which is also a record high for the counter. The stock hit a low of Rs 2,136 so far during the day. The stock had hit a 52-week low of Rs 1,010 on 27 November 2013.

The stock had outperformed the market over the past one month till 22 September 2014, rising 16.5% compared with 2.98% rise in the Sensex. The scrip had also outperformed the market in past one quarter, surging 26.09% as against Sensex's 8.37% rise.
The large-cap company has equity capital of Rs 7.10 crore. Face value per share is Re 1.
CRISIL's consolidated net profit declined 4.4% to Rs 57.83 crore on 8.9% growth in total income to Rs 308.19 crore in Q2 June 2014 over Q2 June 2013.
