D B Corp allots equity shares

Under ESOS

D B Corp announced that the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has allotted 2616 equity shares of Rs 10 each on exercise of 2616 stock options under DBCL-ESOS-2010 Scheme, to its employees covered under the scheme.

Revised issue and paid up capital (equity shares of Rs 10 each) is 18,35,98,356.
