D B Corp allots equity shares

Under ESOS

D B Corp announced the allotment of 2,042 shares of Rs 10 each on exercise on stock options under DBCL-ESOS 2008 and DBCL-ESOS 2010 scheme. The new equity shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing capital.
