Dai-Ichi Karkaria announces resignation of director

With effect from 16 January 2015

Dai-Ichi Karkaria announced that J. H. C Jehangir, a Non- Executive Director of the Company, has tendered his resignation due to inability to attend the Board meetings in Mumbai. His resignation would be effective from 16 January 2015.

Accordingly, J. H. C Jehangir has ceased to be a Director of the Company.
