On 17 July 2015
Deepak Nitrite announced that the Commercial Paper of Rs. 30 crore issued on 17 April 2015, has been repaid on 16 July 2015.Further, the Company has issued Commercial Paper (CP) for Rs. 30 crore value dated 17 July 2015. This has been subscribed by SBI Fund Management having maturity on 15 October 2015.
The aforesaid issuance of CP is to fund working capital requirement of the Company.
