Dewan Housing Finance Corporation standalone net profit declines 85.91% in the March 2018 quarter

Sales rise 17.96% to Rs 2801.93 crore

Net profit of Dewan Housing Finance Corporation declined 85.91% to Rs 312.40 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 2217.68 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017. Sales rose 17.96% to Rs 2801.93 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 2375.36 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017.

For the full year,net profit declined 59.53% to Rs 1172.13 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 2896.45 crore during the previous year ended March 2017. Sales rose 18.06% to Rs 10450.16 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 8851.76 crore during the previous year ended March 2017.
