Dhabriya Polywood will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 1 April 2016, to consider allotment of Equity Shares on Preferential Basis, in compliance to approval of members received at the Extra-ordinary General Meeting held on March 26, 2016, subject to the in-principal approval from BSE.
