DigiSpice Technologies allots 1.96 lakh equity shares under ESOP

DigiSpice Technologies has allotted 1,96,500 equity shares under ESOP. Consequently, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 68,91,40,518/- (divided into 22,97,13,506 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 3/- each) to Rs. 68,97,30,018/- (divided into 22,99,10,006 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 3/- each).
