DLF Ltd fell 3.11% today to trade at Rs 154.35. The S&P BSE Realty Index index is down 0.73% to quote at 1948.77. The index is down 2.41 % over last one month. Among the other constituents of the index, Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd decreased 2.87% and Prestige Estates Projects Ltd lost 0.75% on the day. The S&P BSE Realty Index index went down 5.56 % over last one year compared to the 3.7% fall in benchmark SENSEX.
DLF Ltd has lost 6.99% over last one month compared to 2.41% fall in S&P BSE Realty Index index and 0.38% rise in the SENSEX. On the BSE, 2.19 lakh shares were traded in the counter so far compared with average daily volumes of 11.21 lakh shares in the past one month. The stock hit a record high of Rs 214.05 on 18 Sep 2018. The stock hit a 52-week low of Rs 136.7 on 23 Aug 2019.
