Dr Datsons Labs directors resign

W.e.f. 24 February 2014

Dr Ullooppee Badade and Balkrishna Parab have tendered their resignation from the directorship of Dr Datsons Labs with effect from 24 February 2014. Prabhat Kumar Goyal, executive- whole time director of the company vacated the post as executive director and will continue as non-executive independent director of the company with effect from 24 February 2014.
