Dr Lal Pathlabs allots 3276 equity shares under ESOP

The Board of Dr Lal Pathlabs at its meeting held on 03 February 2020 has approved the appointment of 3267 Equity Shares under the ESOP 2010 Plan of the Company.

Pursuant to the above allotment the Paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stand increased from Rs 833416100/- divided into 83341610 Equity Shares of Rs 10 /- each to Rs 833448770/- divided into 83344877 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each.
