Dwitiya Trading to hold board meeting

Dwitiya Trading will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 19 January 2015, to approve the unaudited financial results for the Quarter and nine months ended on 31 December 2014, to consider and approve the appointment of Bandana Mishra as Director of the Company, to accept the Resignation of Suresh Kumar Dalmia from the directorship.
