Eastcoast Steel announces appointment of director

Eastcoast Steel announced that the Board of Directors vide circular resolution dtd. 05 January 2015 have approved the appointment of Hitesh Vithaldas Raja as an Additional Director and accordingly he shall hold the office till the next Annual General Meeting of the Company. The Board has considered him as an Independent Director in terms of the provision of The Companies Act, 2013.
