Ebixcash World Money India announced that Sushama Kadam has ceased to be Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company with effect from conclusion of business hours of 3 February 2021.Further, Purnima Nijhawan has been appointed as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company with effect 12 February 2021.
