Fervent Synergies will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 20 July 2016 to change the designation of Mr. Sanjay Thakkar from the post of Whole time director to Managing Director,Mr. Vijay Thakkar, Managing Director of the Company, will continue to remain a Director of the Company.
