Filatex Fashions outcome of EGM

Filatex Fashions at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on 05 March 2015, has approved the issue, and allotment of 6 crore equity shares of Rs 10 each on Preferential basis, and to increase the Authorised Capital of the Company to Rs 38 Crores and consequently amend the Memorandum of Association.
