Krishna Ventures outcome of board meeting

Krishna Ventures at the board meeting of the company held on 05 March 2015, has approved the appointment of Pramod K Khandelwal, Lrishna Parekh and Kaushal Dalal & Associates as Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and Secretarial Auditors respectively of the Company, to conduct postal ballot for seeking approval of the shareholders to fix the borrowing limits of the company, and appointment of Nimish Mehta as Scrutinizer for conducting the postal ballot and e-voting.
