Filatex Fashions will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 24 April 2018, to consider allotment of Convertible Warrants, to consider appointment of Mr. Om Prakash Sharma as Director, to consider alteration of Main Objects clause of Memorandum of Association of the Company, by including an object clause and such other item with the permission of the Chairman.
