Finolex Cables standalone net profit declines 12.79% in the March 2017 quarter

Sales rise 9.70% to Rs 775.37 crore

Net profit of Finolex Cables declined 12.79% to Rs 75.47 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 86.54 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales rose 9.70% to Rs 775.37 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 706.82 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.

For the full year,net profit rose 26.95% to Rs 315.89 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 248.84 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales rose 3.51% to Rs 2647.69 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 2558.00 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
