Flex Foods will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 26 May 2016 to review and consider the Audited Accounts of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31 March, 2016,to consider and recommend payment of dividend, if any, subject to the approval of the members of the Company,to consider holding of Annual General Meeting and approve the date and place of the Annual General Meeting.
