Foseco India to hold board meeting

Foseco India will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 21 July 2014 to consider, approve and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30 June 2014 and also to consider declaration of 2nd interim dividend for the financial year ending on 31 December 2014.
