Future Consumer allots 2 lakh equity shares

Under ESOP

Future Consumer has allotted 200,000 equity shares consequent to exercise of options, at the exercise price as determined under the Employee Stock Option Plan - 2014 of the Company.

In terms of the aforesaid allotment of equity shares, the paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 11,481,801,978/- comprising of 1,913,633,663 equity shares of Rs. 6/- each.
