Galaxy Consolidated Finance appoints directors

With effect from 15 June 2015

Galaxy Consolidated Finance announced that following two directors were appointed as additional directors of the Company in the Board Meeting dated 15 June 2015 :

1. Ashokbhai Harilal Khatik - Appointed as additional director of the Company w.e.f. 15 June 2015.

2. Shailesh Harivadanbhai Prajapati - Appointed as additional director of the Company w.e.f. 15 June 2015.
