Garnet International allots 35448 equity shares on conversion of warrants
The Board of Garnet International has approved allotment of 35448
equity shares of face value Rs 10/ each pursunt to conversion of 35448 warrants.
Consequent to above allotment the paid up share capital of the Company has increased from 19528656 Equity Shares of Rs.10 each to 19635000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each.
