Garware-Wall Ropes announces resignation of company secretary

With effect from 15 October 2014

Garware-Wall Ropes announced that Ravindra H. Yadav, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company, after having resigned, was relieved from the services of the Company, effect from 15 October 2014.

The Company has already initiated action for recruiting a new Company Secretary.

In absence of Company Secretary, Santosh S. Purohit, Asst. Manager-Secretarial, is looking after the work of Compliance Officer.
