Genus Power Infrastructures announced the appointment of Dr. Keith Mario Torpy as a Director of the Company in the capacity of non-executive, non independent director. The company also appointed Subhash Chandra Garg as an Independent Director of the Company for a term of three consecutive years from 11 November 2020.
