Gillette India standalone net profit declines 38.78% in the June 2021 quarter

Sales rise 24.22% to Rs 435.98 crore

Net profit of Gillette India declined 38.78% to Rs 27.53 crore in the quarter ended June 2021 as against Rs 44.97 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2020. Sales rose 24.22% to Rs 435.98 crore in the quarter ended June 2021 as against Rs 350.98 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2020.

For the full year,net profit rose 34.84% to Rs 310.38 crore in the year ended June 2021 as against Rs 230.18 crore during the previous year ended June 2020. Sales rose 19.68% to Rs 2009.42 crore in the year ended June 2021 as against Rs 1679.06 crore during the previous year ended June 2020.
