Godrej Industries has allotted 1,08,182 equity shares of face value Re.1/- each, which have been allotted pursuant to exercise of options in terms of Godrej Industries Limited - Employee Stock Grant Scheme, 2011 (ESGS 2011).Consequently, with effect from June 13, 2018, the issued, subscribed and paid up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to 33,63,80,913 equity shares of Re 1 each aggregating Rs 33.63 crore.
