Scheme becomes effective as on 21 November 2014
Godrej Industries announced about that the certified copies of orders of the Honourable High Court of Judicature at Bombay and Honourable High Court of Judicature at Madhya Pradesh, Indore Bench approving the Scheme of Amalgamation of Wadala Commodities with Godrej Industries and their respective shareholders are being filed by Godrej Industries and Wadala Commodities ('Scheme') with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra and Registrar of Companies, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh on 21 November 2014. With the filing of the court order with the respective Registrar of Companies, Wadala Commodities would stand dissolved without being wound up and the Scheme would become effective as on 21 November 2014.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
